 Decidedly different privately owned rental villa four miles from Disney, Orlando, Florida. Our superb three bedroom, two bathroom house provides the very best for your holiday villa requirements. The magnificent private pool is fully screened for bug protection (heated if required), and backs onto a conservation area of natural Florida.
The house is as large as many four bedroom villas, so there is plenty of space for everyone. Why stay in a hotel or motel, when you can stay at Picadilly Circle?
Your vacation villa is in the prestigious Lindfields residential area, only four miles from the Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, Typhoon Lagoon, MGM and many other attractions. Interstate 4 takes you to Universal Studio’s, Sea world, Discovery Cove and of course, fabulous shopping in the famous malls.
The entrance to our villa is graced by Queen Palms and leads into a formal lounge with TV and separate formal dinning area with patio doors overlooking the pool. See house layout. New wooden floors have been layed in the lounge and family room.
 The walk through kitchen has been completely renovated with a new modern ceramic hob range/cooker, microwave and upright fridge’ freezer. Next to the kitchen is a breakfast nook and informal dinning area. The villa has new towels, linens and crockery.
The laundry room has a washing machine and dryer and air conditioned. You will know this is important if you have ever done your laundry in a 120 degree garage in Florida.
The family room has a comfortable corner settee with views of the patio and pool, (converts to a double bed). The large TV has a DVD player.
 The master suite has a king size (American) bed, TV and patio doors to the private pool. The magnificent en-suite bathroom has a full size bathtub and separate large shower.
The second double bedroom is tastefully appointed, along with a twin bedroom in a ‘Disney’ theme. Both double bedrooms have clock radios and hair dryers.
We provide a free welcome pack, with bread, butter, milk, tea, cereal and a bottle of wine! So after your long journey, you won’t have to worry about breakfast the next day.
 We don’t charge extra for things like barbecues, high chairs, cots, etc. We also have a safety hook in the pool area which is not mandatory like door alarms, but which you should consider a safety advantage if you have children.
Our villa is maintained, cleaned and equipped to the highest standards and we are confident you will find everything you could ever need.
